Will not open certain sites - support is non-existent

I was able to open this same ftp site and log-in using a standard browser ( Chrome ), but all I get with this app is an error message: ( NSURLErrorDomainerror -1002 ). Support is non-existent with a very primitive web site that looks totally amateurish. Im dumping this in the trash. Wasted $4 STAY AWAY
